• You may inspect your order on delivery before paying, and you can refuse it if it isn't right for you.

• Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

• Cash refunds are not available once an order has been received; exchanges are available under the conditions below.

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.

• Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.
